1. 7-Day Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be offered only for the same item or one of equivalent value.

2. No Return Policy for Used or Opened Items

  • Items with removed tags, seals, or packaging will not be accepted for return or replacement.
  • Cosmetics, perfumes, and medical equipment cannot be returned once used or unsealed, due to hygiene and safety regulations.

3. Original Invoice Required

  • Customers must present the original purchase invoice for any replacement request.

4. Product Availability

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the original item is unavailable, an item of similar value may be offered.

5. Final Decision

  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision on any return or replacement request.
